The carburetor meters air and fuel to the engine while the fuel pump keeps steady pressure from the tank, so replacing both at once avoids mismatched wear. It suits riders servicing a high-hour ATV or chasing a rough-running motor back to health.

Built For Performance

Carburetor and fuel pump supplied as a matched kit

Cast body with machined passages for consistent fuel metering

Throttle and choke linkages set up for stock cable connection

Fuel pump diaphragm resists ethanol-blend fuel wear

Gasket and seal surfaces finished for a clean seal

Fits These Machines

for Polaris Sportsman 500 HO

for Polaris Sportsman 400

for Polaris Sportsman 450

for Polaris Sportsman 335

for Polaris Sportsman 700

for Polaris Sportsman 600

On-The-Job Use

Restoring rough idle and hesitation on a high-hour ATV

Replacing a gummed or varnished carburetor after storage

Fixing weak fuel delivery from a tired pump

Routine fuel system service on trail and farm machines

Specs At A Glance

Kit Contents

Carburetor and fuel pump

Fitment

for Polaris Sportsman 500 HO, 400, 450, 335, 700, 600

Good To Know

Q: Do I need to rejet the carburetor after installing this kit? A: The carburetor ships with stock-style jetting intended for a factory machine at normal altitude.
