The differential lock actuator restores positive locking for traction on loose or uneven ground. It is intended for Land Cruiser and LX450 owners replacing an actuator that no longer engages the rear locker.

Built For Performance

OEM cross-reference 4145060042 for direct-fit replacement

Sealed housing built to keep out water, mud, and road debris

Motor and gear drive sized to move the locking collar through its full travel

Mounting pattern and connector matched to the factory rear differential

Designed for repeated lock and unlock cycles on and off pavement

Fits These Machines

for Toyota Land Cruiser with factory rear differential lock

for Lexus LX450 with factory rear differential lock

On-The-Job Use

Restoring rear locker engagement when the dash light stays off

Replacing an actuator that clicks but will not move the locking collar

Repairing a locker that has stopped engaging after water crossings

Getting a truck ready for trails that need both axles locked

Specs At A Glance

Part Number(s)

4145060042

Position

Rear differential

Function

Differential lock engagement

Vehicle Fitment

Toyota Land Cruiser, Lexus LX450

Good To Know

Q: Does this actuator work if my truck did not come with a factory rear locker? A: No, it is a replacement for vehicles that already have the factory rear differential lock system.
