When will I receive my tracking information?

Orders are processed on the next business day after purchase. Once your order has been processed, tracking details will be generated and sent to you. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

If damage is discovered after opening the package, contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or item.

Where is Solid Spare located?

Solid Spare operates exclusively as an online retailer. Our fulfillment warehouses are located in New Jersey, Kentucky, and California. At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup or have public retail locations.
