Warranty

Solid Spare offers a one-year standard warranty on all parts sold unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a longer warranty may be included at no additional cost.

While we supply high-quality parts and accessories, if an item needs to be replaced under warranty, Solid Spare will provide a replacement. In most cases, we cover shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.

Warranty Replacement Options

  1. Return First, Then Replace
    Return the purchased item. After it is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours of receipt), a replacement item will ship within 2 business days.
  2. Advance Replacement (Refundable Deposit)
    Pay a temporary, refundable deposit and we will ship a replacement item in advance. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label to send the original item back to us. Once the return is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours), your deposit will be refunded within 2 business days to the same payment method used for the deposit. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2–7 business days for the refund to appear.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

To begin, visit our Contact Us page and describe the issue in the Comments/Questions section. A representative will respond within 24 business hours with next steps. Please ensure your email address and phone number are accurate.

Important: This warranty does not cover labor or installation-related costs.


Legal Warranty Terms

This warranty does not cover any costs incurred in removal and/or reinstallation of the part, including time, rentals, other parts not purchased from Solid Spare, or any labor. This warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the part.

This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is void if the part is damaged due to abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, alteration, improper installation, or repair by anyone other than Solid Spare.

If the part proves defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, return the part to us (postage prepaid) along with your sales invoice. Your dated invoice establishes eligibility. At our option, we will repair or replace the part at no charge and return it postage prepaid.

If warranty terms agreed to by phone with a Solid Spare representative differ from the standard warranty for a part, the terms documented in the internal customer file and shown on the original invoice will apply.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties and Damages

THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL APPLY. THE CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND OUR ONLY OBLIGATION SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PART. SOLID SPARE DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PART SOLD.
