Refund policy

Solid Spare offers a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered. Items may be returned within this period if they meet our return eligibility requirements.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and include all original parts and accessories. Products that have been installed, modified, repaired, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a return is required due to an error made by Solid Spare, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account using your email address.
  2. Check your email for the six-digit verification code and enter it on the website.
  3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Choose the item(s) if your order includes multiple products.
  5. Select a return reason and add any notes for our team.
  6. Click Request Return to submit your request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Please follow the instructions carefully when sending the item back.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
