Diesel Exhaust Fluid DEF Injector Standard for GMC Sierra 2500HD Savana 6.6L V8

DEF Injector for GMC Sierra 2500HD Savana 6.6L V8

This diesel exhaust fluid DEF injector meters and sprays DEF into the exhaust stream on 6.6L V8 equipped vehicles, supporting emissions compliance and efficient aftertreatment operation.

Overview

This DEF injector is a replacement metering component for the selective catalytic reduction system on 6.6L V8 diesel vehicles. The DEF injector delivers a precisely controlled dose of diesel exhaust fluid into the exhaust flow so the SCR system can reduce nitrogen oxides. It suits owners and technicians servicing emissions hardware on GMC Sierra 2500HD and Savana models.

Good To Know

Q: Does this injector come with mounting hardware? A: Mounting hardware is not included unless shown in the listing images, so reuse the original fasteners where serviceable.

Q: Why replace a DEF injector? A: A clogged or failed DEF injector can trigger warnings, derate engine power, and block SCR efficiency, so replacement restores proper dosing.

Slight variation in finish or dimensions may occur between production runs, and fit can depend on serial number, so confirm compatibility before ordering.
